THE PLAN – SUNDAY
ALL APLINE GROUPS MEET AT BADAGUISH 10am
FREESTYLE MEET AT GLENMORE LODGE 10am
Cairngorm plan to open one very small area on the Ciste Fairway served by a section of the Ciste tow as they did today (Saturday). This would not provide us with sufficient training space.
Our plan is to offer a mix of the following:-
- Fitness Training
- Ski tuning demonstration (for parents and kids)
- Information on races
- Video analysis (subject to us sourcing the material)
Unfortunately we do not have access to the dry slope for alpine trainees at Glenmore Lodge tomorrow so all training will be at Badaguish. There is space at the slope for freestyle trainees.
Timetable (subject to slight variation)
There are some fixed times that we need parents help with.

- Everybody – Skis and any ski tuning equipment that you have if you want to have a go.
- Freestyle – skis, helmets, poles and appropriate clothes and gloves for the dry slope.

Badaguish kindly allow us to use a small kitchen area but you will need to bring your own tea/coffee/milk and please ensure that the area is left as we find it.
If you have cross country ski’s bring them along as the tracks at Badaguish are great just now, and its going to get warmer again from tomorrow afternoon.
